My stay was a bit of a mixed bag at this hotel. The rooms, although a bit outdated with some issues like a broken microwave and toaster, were above the laundry room, so there was constant banging throughout the day and evenings. However, I appreciated that they were located in a serene 1-floor cabana unit in a quiet neighborhood with all the facilities of a serviced apartment.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, making them suitable for my dance competition needs, but they are in serious need of renovation. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff like PSTC, Cindy, Jake, and David going out of their way to assist, even with parking needs for handicapped guests. The location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping, with a historic feel taking me back to the 30's when Palm Springs was founded. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, with the highlight being the home-made muffins available. Overall, a stay with a blend of positive and negative aspects.

I loved that my room faced the mountain rock wall, giving a unique feeling of seclusion. Additionally, being located directly adjacent to the quiet pool provided a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation, though the view of the sky was limited at times.

The rooms were in very good condition, equipped with a safe and trash cans - essential in my opinion. The service was top-notch, with staff willing to go above and beyond. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to downtown and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. Dining options were available for purchase daily, organized by a welcoming staff member. A must-visit for anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice, ranging from studios to 2-bedroom bungalows, and equipped with a small kitchen that had everything I needed. The service was super nice and accommodating, except for not being informed about the broken elevator. The location was great, offering easy access to downtown shops and restaurants, including the famous Spencer's. The dining options were available for purchase and included delicious homemade yogurt. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor issues to keep in mind.
